Le Petit Cocon - Proche de la plage

The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming house in the village of Plurien, featuring Wi-Fi (fibre optic), with a floor area of 100 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and a fireplace (firewood provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer.

Outdoors:
- A lovely 150 m² garden + terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

Le Petit Cocon Séjour court mais très agréable. La maison est très fonctionnel on s’y sent bien. Une barrière en haut de l’escalier serait un plus. Les habitants ont toujours été très accueillants et sympathiques. Avec un enfant en bas âge nous avons vons apprécié le calme et la proximité des belles plages et d’Erquy.
