The hotel was great - we got the room we asked for. My only comment is that the heating (AC unit) did not heat the room much

I was greeted well by the person on reception. The room was spacious and clean. On going down to the restaurant there was no sparkling water no Plymouth gin and when I asked for cucumber for the Hendricks gin there was none available. The manager on that night was unhelpful and they was short staffed. I had to go and find someone to order a drink. The food was average therefore I decided not to have breakfast
