Ceiling was dusty, heater in the bathroom was broken. Heater/fan for the room was also broken, turned it on it didnt work. Day 2 our keycards didnt work and had to request new ones.

To start, the staff was very kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. However, the cleanliness of this place was not good. Despite the bed being made, the room didn’t feel like it was thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the shower head was covered in limescale, bathtub didn’t seem clean and the ceiling above the sink had brown stains on it. The toilet seat was wobbly and near breaking off. Additionally, there was something green stuck to the wall in the room. The floor of our room also didn’t feel like it was even swept. Overall, the entire place felt dirty.

We had to move rooms after check-in, but Carly went out of her way to make sure we still had a great experience. The staff at this location work hard to keep their guests happy! Relaxing, chill atmosphere at the restaurant/bar. Pool was awesome!

Decent place to stay if you have pets. Breakfast was good with hot food options. Room is nice, bathroom could've been cleaned better specifically the toilet. Sheets were clean and room was clean. Pool is nice. Surrounding area was nice and very convenient to everything you need. So I would stay again. Staff is nice.

The room was really run down. Sheets had stains, and staff brought did bring a new set. The phone didn't work, main door had to be slammed to latch, bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way, push pins held the wallpaper up in the bathroom.

We only stayed one night. It was night as a stop over hotel. We didn't swim or use the hot top. Breakfast was a normal type in hotels. We have stayed here several times. Always friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't clean. The first key wouldn't even open the door. The bathroom toilet was nasty. To top it off the pool was too cold to get into. Even the area around it was ice cold. We only stayed one night but that was enough to know that we won't be going back.
