Possenhofen is a dream on Lake Starnberg. Our carriage house (with 3 guest apartments) is just 200 meters from the tram station and 100m from the lake. The rooms were completed with modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens 2016th They have a solid oak floor and are furnished with comfortable designer beds and vintage furniture from around the world. THE MOUNTAIN ROOM
"One of the three most beautiful rooms in the coach house" Maintaining our children to say. The Mountain Room is a generous light-filled loft with open roof. In warm gray painted, it provides a fully fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher. To the great Flamant dining table seats up to six people. (Especially handy if one of several still takes the forest to room). The highlight in the living area: a hanging "Swing rest" chair of Dedon for relaxing swings. Gregor has a part of his record collection contributed to a cozy, Katrein a selection of her favorite books.

The Mountain Room can connect to an apartment with the Forest Room.

The depot was built in 1890 as stables and coach house for the "Villa Fischer". In coordination with the conservation area we have the building completely renovated in 2016 and expanded three holiday apartments. The sea-room is located on the ground floor. Mountain and forest rooms are accessible from the exterior stairs and are upstairs. They have a common entrance hall and can be rented as one unit. The sea-room has a private terrace facing south. For the mountain and forest room there is in front of the coach house a nice graveled courtyard that invites to sit outside.

When renovating the shed were us three themes particularly dear: design, comfort and ecology. All rooms are equipped with solid oak flooring from native trees and decorated with comfortable designer beds and vintage furniture from around the world. The walls are painted with water-based inks of Little Greene. In the modern bathrooms come with eco-soaps and shampoos from "Stop The Water While Using Me". And of course, the beds are made with fluffy linen made from organic cotton.

Since 2010 we are living in Possenhofen as colorful patchwork family with seven children and two cats. We love life here on Lake Starnberg. The beauty of nature. The proximity to the mountains. The lake at the door, the forest around the corner to get behind the house and the train quickly to Munich and back. And we love our home in the "Villa Fischer" who is here since 1860 and we have renovated with great devotion.
Nevertheless, we travel a lot and love to the world and appreciate if we also tastefully appointed and comfortable rooms. With this claim, we went to the rehabilitation of the carriage house. The apartments are equipped so that our friends and guests can be enjoyed in them as we ourselves.

Sehr zu empfehlen, außer sie suchen Ruhe!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. In unmittelbarer Nähe, kurzer Fußweg, ist man am See, Genauso schnell auf der anderen Seite in einem Waldgebiet. Wer nach Starnberg möchte ist auch sehr schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln mitten im Geschehen. Wer allerdings Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben, da die Wohnung direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Kaution kam leider erst einen Monat später zurück, was ich etwas sehr lang finde . Deshalb ist anzuraten, direkt beim Vermieter zu buchen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Zur Info gibt es eine Aufstellung von informationsreichen Gegebenheit in der Umgebung alsauch ein nette kurze Willkommensgeschichte der Familie. Leider liegt die tolle Wohnung an der Haupstraße und somit war der Verkehrslärm & Lichtkegel der Auto's gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dafür imLaufafstand zum einladenden Badesee ; schöne lange Spaziergänge in der Natur. Für den einen oder anderen persönlichen Wunsch war Fam. Wöltje immer erreichbar & unkompliziert . Im großen und ganzen hatten wir schöne 8 Tage dort verbracht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - leider doch nicht ganz am See . Leider direkt an der Hauptstraße .
Sehr gutes Urlaubsdomizil für Leute die nicht direkt in den Starnberger See wollen . Lage ist direkt an der Hauptstraße . insgesamt aber doch tolle Wohnungen . 5*****+ wenn noch der Pool des Vermieters auch zur Benutzung frei wäre .
