If you’re looking for a classic “beach house”, but one with the comfort, cleanliness and amenities of a full-scale home – then look no further. This timeless property, located in the heart of Point Pleasant Beach, flaunts old-fashioned window shutters on the exterior and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the interior of this conventional two-floor abode. Comfy beds, cold
AC, a large living room couch, and a smart TV make the inside feel like a modern family home.

When you’re done visiting the nearby beach and boardwalk amusements, which are just a
block away, you can settle in on the cozy front porch, fixed with rocking chairs for your
enjoyment.

This classic beach retreat is airy, spacious, and full of bright natural light. The two-floor home features three bedrooms and four beds. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and there is ample desk space available to those working on the go. The home has two full bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower out back. The driveway can fit up to four cars. A bagel shop and liquor store are located directly across the street and there are many dining options within five minutes or
less of the property.

this property was not as advertised. there was no;d growing from both ceiling vents and the property was in worn condition. I couldn't and didn't stay in this home. I want ALL OF MY MONEY REFUNDED I have more photos

What a great house

The house couldn't be more perfect. Great lay out, cozy,, clean, well furnished and well stocked with things you may need-thank you owners!The out door shower is such a great addition and we used it after the beach. The porch and the deck are also great things to have during a beach house stay.The house is located a block away from a great shopping strip with beautiful stores and restaurants, and also quiet neighborhood parts for a nice walk. Walking to the beach is not ideal though from this house. Even though its only a mile, its not an easy treck, you have to weave through streets to find the only one way to cross the tracks of nj transit to get to the other side which leads to the beach.Im giving 4 stars for over all stay because there were few things that were a miss. Some light bulbs were out, in the downstairs bathroom only one out of 3 or 4 was working. 2 stools in the kitchen were wobbly, not in shape to sit onWe feel that guest should have a sheet of paper with some instructions how to use keyless entry and setting up tv and wireless devices. We got locked out of the house first evening andIt took a while to figure out how to get the tv to work, needing network names and passwords and then we found the router was unplugged, and were not able to get our lap top to connect At all because password didnt work.I also want to note that the listing mentions the house sleeps 8 however it sleeps 6, each bedroom sleeps 2.Thank fully we brought a blow up mattress.
