Newly Renovated Beach Bungalow w/Parking

Newly renovated in April 2025, our 440 sq. ft. condo has a brand new kitchen, bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and furniture.

Steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Convection Microwave/Oven and Stove Top (no oven), with Island/dining table for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two (2) small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

You have the entire place to yourself!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the VRBO app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

We have a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out requests are not guaranteed. We will accomodate as much as we can depending on other guests checking in/out.

Excellent Stay

This property is perfect! It was clean and located minutes from the beach. Karl and Alyssa were amazing to communicate with. I had basic questions and they were very quick to respond. The property came with 2 beach passes; which were very helpful. It also came with fresh/clean and soft towels. It had extra paper towels and toilet paper. Along with bathroom and kitchen hand soap. The pots and pans ranged in sizes and were in great condition. The tv had many options that were utilized to watch movies at night. The beds were comfortable and air worked nicely. It is located in walking distance to the beach as well as many restaurants and the boardwalk. The sitting area outside the front door had plenty of seats and a table for us to enjoy the outside. Our parking spot was directly in front of our unit. Checking in and out was very easy. We will be back!

Clean, Cozy, Great Beach Access!

Everybody had a wonderful time! The unit was clean and comfortable and perfect for four friends to spend a girls weekend! The location couldn’t have been better with an ice cream shop right next-door, pizza across the street and easy beach access onto the boardwalk just steps away! A bonus was the unit coming with two beach passes! Karl was amazing to work with. Any questions we had, he replied right away and we appreciated the late check out time on Sunday. Will definitely be back and recommend his unit!
