It's located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes' walk from the town center, at the bottom of the plateau, in a private, fenced-in property. The property was built above the river Clain, making for a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment has been recently renovated to offer you a comfortable stay. It comprises a first room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for sharing. The second room includes the living room with a double sofa bed. The last room is a warm and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A small terrace area will also be much appreciated in fine weather!

Access to the home is completely autonomous, thanks to an on-site box.

You're in the heart of Poitiers! The hypercentre and district offer a wide range of shops (bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.).

Poitiers train station is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot.
Parc du Futuroscope is about 15 min away by car.
To get around the city, there are a number of buses, with several stops close to the accommodation. And to get around the heart of Poitiers, scooters and electric bikes are available via an application (24-hour pass available).
