Recently built house in a totally Mallorcan style, with traditional decoration.

From this hall doors give access to a spacious living-dining room fully equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a large ornamental fireplace. From the dining room, which has a large wooden table with chairs for 6 people, we have access to the terraces of the house. On the other side of the hall there is a spacious kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

The house offers three bedrooms: one double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, stone bedside tables and a complete bathroom en suite, and two twin bedrooms, also with built-in wardrobes. These two double bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units, which are programmed at certain times of the day (during midday and throughout the night).

The blue mosaic swimming pool is exceptional, and around it there are sunbeds and outdoor furniture. The outside of the house is completed by a fantastic covered barbecue, a toilet with shower and a ping pong table.
