Villa Alexandria is a very special villa located just 300 meters from the impressive Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, with numerous restaurants and bars also at a similar distance.
The property has a large lawn area on one of its sides. The swimming pool is at the back of the house, and next to it there is a fantastic barbecue area, ideal for dining outdoors before going for a walk in the center of this quiet and welcoming place that is Cala San Vicente. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen that overlooks the rear terrace.
The villa has managed to retain a traditional touch, to which modern touches have been added with great taste. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). There is a beautiful and spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with doors leading to the pool area. In short, it is an ideal option for families who want to have everything at hand while maintaining their privacy and independence. TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
