The plot, completely fenced, has an extensive garden, ideal for relaxing under the sun or enjoying outdoor dinners. The terrace, over 100 m², is furnished and equipped with an outdoor dining area and a practical barbecue, perfect for gatherings with family or friends. The private pool offers a quiet and refreshing space for hot days, surrounded by sun loungers to rest and enjoy the landscape. Inside, the property has air conditioning in the living room, heating via heat pump, Wi-Fi connection, and television with satellite channels in several languages (Spanish, English and German), so that comfort and entertainment are not lacking during your stay.



The independent kitchen, with a traditional style and equipped with a gas stove, offers everything necessary to cook comfortably at home. It has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, as well as complete tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Everything is designed so that you feel at home and can prepare everything from light breakfasts to complete dinners without complications.
