Within the historic old town of Pollensa, just a few minutes' walk from the great main square with street cafes, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. The house has a wonderful atmosphere and offers everything for a pleasant stay. a. also for your search for a suitable object for you.
You enter the house via the patio - unique in all of Pollensa and then enter the living room and kitchen. In the 1st On the floor you will find the two bedrooms with double beds and the two separate bathrooms (shower / toilet and bath / shower / toilet).

Patio: In the patio there is a jacuzzi for 4 people. Here you will also find the grill and the pretty, padded seating area with a large table with space for up to 6 people. The patio also has many plants, including vines and potted plants.

The old town of Pollensa is one of the prettiest and most traditional towns in the north of Mallorca. You can enjoy them at any time of the day: breakfast in one of the coffee houses, shopping in one of the boutiques or jewelry stores. There are a variety of art galleries, museums and various restaurants to have lunch or dinner there, and maybe to end the day on the pretty market square with a glass of wine. The Sunday morning market fills Pollensa with color and life.

Lovely old townhouse in Pollenca
This house was perfect for us, warm and cosy as soon as we walked in, immaculately clean and well equipped, we loved it! Diego responded very promptly to all enquiries, very easy and friendly to deal with. He sorted out a booking problem quickly. The courtyard outside is lovely and sheltered with lots of plants and greenery- even some herbs for cooking which was great. As it is so sheltered we were able to eat lunch outside, a real treat in very early March. Comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a kitchen that is properly equipped for cooking and very good Internet. Location is good, easy to walk into the old town, great market on Sunday. We had no trouble parking in the surrounding streets. A very enjoyable early spring break. We hope to return.

This authentic Mallorcan town house in the centre of Old Town Pollenca is an absolute gem for people who really want to feel the atmosphere, community and spirit of Pollenca and its traditions The property is very well furnished and equipped - we wanted for nothing. A very stylish and private courtyard The only time we used our rental car was to and from the beach - everything in Old Town Pollenca is a privilege to walk to - restaurants, bars, bakers, butchers, deli and quality shops, car parking. We would highly recommend - the host was brilliantly helpful and obliging We have visited Old Town Pollenca many times before with our younger daughters - some 30 years ago - this was our first time 'solo' - it was wonderful Thank you Diego

Lovely casa in old town
Neat, Well kept and cosy house in centre of beautiful old town. Clean house, welcoming and helpful host. Many exciting places to visit nearby. Steep stairs to the second floor and 10 minutes walk from carpark did not bother us since all the assets made up for it by far. Toddlers and elderly might find it troublesome. Everybody else is warmely recommended to stay here!

Zum Lob der vorigen Bewertenden ist eigentlich nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Trotzdem noch ein paar Zeilen: Wir waren mit unseren Rennrädern hier, Pollenca als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Berge oder Ebene ist perfekt. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, ebenso der hübsche Patio. Zwar muss man sein Auto weiter weg parken, weil die Gassen hier so eng sind, aber dafür herrscht Ruhe (nur unterbrochen vom Glockenschlag der nahen Kirche), man ist mittendrin im Altstädtchen und unter Spanier:innen. Diego ist in allen Belangen ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Gute Location für einen Urlaub auf der Insel
Großes plus (im März): Die Heizung. Somit sind auch die Abende gerettet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man merkt, dass sie auch vom Vermieter bewohnt wird,weil man alles Wichtige zur Hand hat. Sie hat Charme, wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Zentral gelegen, Bäcker gleich um die Ecke (gut fürs Frühstück ) Für Radfahrer und Wanderer ist Pollenca ein idealer Ort als Basis für Touren in der Tramuntana und im Vorland.

Agréable séjour à Cadido
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la résidence Cadido dans le village de Pollenca. Bien noter que l'accès au rue du village ne peut se faire quasiment qu'à pied car rues très étroite et difficile de circulation. Le parking où nous étions au plus proche à 5 min.
