Upon entering the villa we find beautiful natural stone paths that lead you through the garden to the pool terrace, where the sun loungers invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun to the fullest.



The pool is simply spectacular. It is 9 x 4.5 m in size and has a water depth of 0.60 - 1.90 m. and it is the ideal place to cool off from the heat of the Mediterranean.



Next to the pool is the terrace furnished with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, the perfect place to dine al fresco and cook delicious barbecues with friends and family.



In the garden and on the terraces we find different resting places with hammocks, sofa areas and outdoor armchairs.



There is a large grassy area for children to play and run in front of the house. The natural garden has Mediterranean trees and plants.



From the pool terrace there is access to a bright living room with air conditioning, comfortable sofas and satellite TV, ideal for reading or relaxing.
