Its situation is perfect just 10 minutes walk from the center of the town of Pollença and 10 minutes by car from the crystal clear water of the coves and beaches of San Vicente and Puerto Pollença, it is ideal for walking, hiking, click-tourism, visit its wide offer leisure and culture or just relax in the garden and pool.

The house decorated and furnished with typical Mallorcan rustic style consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room that enjoys a comfortable seating area equipped with satellite TV, and DVD, and an open kitchen and fully equipped American bar.

From the entrance an elegant arch of stone seas leads us to the rooms, a double room and a double room, bathroom and its large outdoor terrace surrounded by grass.
It is on its back terrace where you will find comfortable and spacious wicker sofas, sun beds and the pool with its relaxing waterfall, which invite you to read or relax, or enjoy a pleasant dinner on your barbecue, all with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains that surround us in an atmosphere of tranquility.

Schöne kleine Finca !

Schöne Finca die wir empfehlen können ! Maria und Paco haben sich MĂŒhe gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 25 Minuten nach Pollenca. An den nĂ€chsten Strand mit dem Auto ungefĂ€hr 10 Minuten. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen !!!

Baustellenpech, div. kleine Ärgernisse

Leider eine große Baustelle nebenan. Entsprechend LĂ€rm. Davor wurde leider nicht rechtzeitig gewarnt. Die tollen Bewertungen können wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Klar, schönes Haus, Klima, Pool und Garten, SAT-TV, Lage prima. Im Detail aber hapert es leider. Die TV-Sender ruckeln oder stehen ganz, die TĂŒren gehen tw. nicht zu oder klemmen, Fliegengitter (viele MĂŒcken!) nur teilw. vorh. und dann auch noch defekt. Die Lampen flackern und das Sofa ist durchgesessen. In der KĂŒche keine Anleitung fĂŒr den tricky Herd, keine Topfuntersetzer, weder SpĂŒlbĂŒrste noch (normalgroße) Pfanne, kein 2. MĂŒllbeutel etc. Waren wir wirklich in demselben Haus? Maria und Paco sind wirklich sehr nett, aber die HĂŒtte sollte VOR Eintreffen der GĂ€ste in Schuss sein.

Alles perfekt!

Wir haben eine liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus vorgefunden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Maria und Paco haben sich rĂŒhrend gekĂŒmmert. Sobald etwas war, haben sie sofort reagiert und es gelöst. Es gab immer frische Zitronen 😀 Man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he und ist mit dem Auto schnell am Strand. Wir fanden es wunderbar und ich habe noch nie so gut geschlafen 👍

Outdoor-Leben

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts war es recht warm, umso mehr haben wir den Pool und den Garten mit den gemĂŒtlichen Sitzmöbeln genossen und haben alle Mahlzeiten draußen eingenommen. Aber auch innen ist das Haus gemĂŒtlich, die Waschmaschine sehr nĂŒtzlich. es ist angenehm ruhig, in die Stadt ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Unser Gastgeber schaute immer mal wieder vorbei, brachte uns FrĂŒchte und kĂŒmmerte sich sofort, als der Fernseher nicht ganz funktionierte. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Lovely stay

Clean apartment with beautiful garden and pool area. Comes equipped with everything you will need. Around a 20min walk into Pollensa and about the same to local Eroski and Lidl for food shopping. Property was very private and quiet, perfect for what we were looking for.

Lovely rustic villa

We stayed in August and found the villa easily . Maria and Paco had communicated with us where the villa was , how to check in . The Villa is clean and cosy . Everything there you need . The pool was lovely . The aircon worked well . We liked the covered patio are as it rained a couple of times and it was lovely still to sit outside . 15 minutes to walk into the old town . Loads of beautiful restaurants . Lidyl is just down the road . We visited the beaches around st Vincent area which were amazing . Drove to pollensa and alcudia , very easy drive . Schöne Finca mit tollen Gastgebern

Leider gehen zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Finca schon zu Ende. Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit (Juli 2023) und kommen gerne wieder. Die Finca ist perfekt fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Der Pool ist super. In der Lounge draußen haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Zu Fuß nach Pollenca ist auch kein Problem. Unsere Gastgeber Maria und Paco haben sofort reagiert, wenn irgendetwas war und haben uns sogar mit Eiern und FrĂŒchten versorgt. Insgesamt gibt es nix zu meckern.

Hele fijne woning met mooie buitenruimte en vriendelijke eigenaars. Het huis is geheel prive en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar het strand te gaan.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Pool

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen im Haus von Maria und Paco. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Rutsche am Pool haben unsere Kinder geliebt. Es gibt in der NĂ€he alles, was man braucht und tolle StĂ€nde. Maria und Paco haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Quiet, great location

Nice place, remote enough to switch off and relax in the sun and the pool but close enough to town. Has everything that you need and hosts are really helpful with anything else you may need. Beautiful area, quiet and relaxing with plenty of opportunity to explore if you wish. Hire car probably a must.

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Es riecht in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken sehr feucht, die SpĂŒlmaschine und auch die Waschmaschine sind sehr alt und nicht einwandfrei. Die EigentĂŒmer, Paco und Maria, sind sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle. Der Pool war fĂŒr uns und die Kids ein großes VergnĂŒgen. Leider gibt es viele MĂŒcken. Pollenca ist wunderschön und in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch eine schöne Zeit. Der Preis fĂŒr die Unterkunft ist allerdings zu hoch im Vergleich zu anderen, neueren Objekten.
