Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue, parking (for 4 cars). Shopping centre 6 km, bakery 6 km, sandy beach "Jullouville" 42 km. Nearby attractions: Mont saint michel 15 km, Saint malo 58 km, Cancale Granville 50 km, Fougeres 40 km, Villedieu les poeles 48 km. Please note: car recommended.
