Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts to 2nd floor. Hall, open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen areas. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Comprehensively equipped. Master Bedroom with a 6ft Super-king size double (could be set up as 2x 3ft single beds upon request) with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development's own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Electric central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Flat screen TV in Lounge with Sky glass, Flat screen TV in Master bedroom.
