The hotel room with a sea view was great. We loved sitting on our balcony watching the boats go by and going to sleep with the sound of the washes. The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food in restaurant was superb.

A revisit to a favourite hotel from many years ago. Not much has changed. Maybe a little quieter in the hotel but the hotel facilities are excellent and with sunny weather a little extra paid for a balcony room overseeing Shell Bay was good value.

The Haven is in a wonderful position at the entrance to to Poole Harbour. Staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the whole hotel is clean. Did not eat there this trip but only because the are some many restaurants to try locally in and around Poole.

The reception team were so friendly and helpful, so lovely. The outdoor pool was really hot and clean with plenty of space The bar area was great with beautiful views over the sea although there was a problem with the draught beers when we stayed and the staff didn’t seem very helpful or well trained The room was comfortable but a little dated
