Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Master bedroom (kingsize double bed) including a flatscreen television. A good size well lit en-suite bathroom (shower cubicle, separate bath, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (zip/link 5ft kingsize double or 2x 2ft 6ins twin beds). Both bedrooms benefit from access to a shared balcony area with lovely harbour views. Family bathroom, well lit with bath with shower over, sink and toilet.

Parking - One reserved parking spaces in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").

If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
