The original structure, the Main House, offers 4 bedrooms with 3 newly renovated bathrooms and overlooks the private pond. It also has an expansive living area with 23 ft ceilings, dining area, kitchen, TV room, wine storage, and fully furnished deck with pond and garden views.

The Pool House was recently renovated and includes 3 bedrooms, (all with private entrances), and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the 3rd has an exterior entrance. It also includes an indoor/outdoor living space overlooking the pool area.

The Cottage on the Hill, also recently renovated, is an 8-minute uphill walk or 2-minute drive from the rest of the property and offers additional privacy. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, den, living room, and a furnished deck.

Located in largely undeveloped Pope Valley, the property offers an added level of seclusion yet is only a 20-minute drive to St. Helena, 30 minutes to Calistoga, 45 minutes to downtown Napa, and 2 hours to San Francisco.

*The pond is dependent on seasonal rainfall and varies in its water height.

We had an amazing stay at Risa Ranch and couldn’t have asked for a better Napa experience. Our group of six couples rented the entire property, including all three houses, and it worked out perfectly. The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and ideal for a larger group while still giving everyone their own space.One of the standout features of Risa Ranch is the property itself. The land is beautiful and unique, with plenty of trails and open space to explore. It was such a great way to relax and enjoy some downtime between winery visits — peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing change of pace.Jorge was also an incredible host and resource throughout our stay. He was welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond — especially with his breakfasts, which were absolutely amazing and a highlight of our mornings.We would highly recommend Risa Ranch to anyone looking for a memorable group getaway in the Napa area and would gladly stay here again.

The best weekend ever!

We stayed at Risa Ranch and brought 30 of our closest friends and family to help us celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Griffin made it so seamless to plan our stay and Jorge and Edgar were the BEST and made sure that we wanted for nothing. The meals they prepared were fabulous!! Beautiful property

Such an amazing property, with fantastic hosts and exceptional service. Griffin was very helpful & communicative in the months leading up to the trip, helping us plan, and everything was executed to perfection! We had a group of 16 adults & loved the large dining/living spaces to fit us all! Pickleball and time spent chilling by the pool was so fun! Everyone really enjoyed this peaceful property!

Incredible Stay!!

Simply an incredible place. This has to be one of the most amazing properties in the Bay Area. Stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained, RISA Ranch was the perfect place for my birthday celebration. The massive scale of the property allowed our large group enough space, while the shared spaces were perfect spots to all be together. The different activities made it so we always had something to do. All the beds were super comfortable. The staff here treats you like you are at a 5 star hotel, and Jorge is a fantastic chef. We will be back!

Gorgeous Property, Rock Star Staff!

I hosted my corporate summer party here and the experience was seamless! From the time we toured the property to booking, to the event day, set up & break down. The staff went above & beyond to be accommodating, so kind, so generous of their time and efforts. The property is extremely well kept and maintained, our team is still raving over how special and beautiful it is! Having amenities like a gorgeous pool, volleyball court, pickle ball & basketball made for an awesome corporate gathering. Perfect stay for a milestone event!

We were hosting our 20th wedding anniversary in st Helena and Risa Ranch was the perfect location for us to stay and unwind after our events. Pope valley is about 20 min from St Helena and other attractions. Risa ranch is a sprawling estate, that we all fell in love with. Communication with the property manager and estate manger was seamless. Our estate manager Jorge attended to every detail with precision. Every single staff member was incredible and a delight to interact with. We used most features, the pool and tennis courts. Jorge even took my daughter and niece around to feed the animals on the farm. It was undoubtedly our best family vacation to date. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property!

Birthday weekend

Had a group of 16 people for a weekend birthday celebration. The property is stunning and very wel maintained. The hosts were very responsive and helpful for the whole process. The pool and oool house were perfect for spending a warm afternoon hanging out with a large group. The property is a little more remote than I anticipated, not being super familiar with Napa. The kitchen in the main house is quite spacious and overall well equipped but does have some limitations for preparing a large meal for a big group. The cottage is as described in the listing, a very nice set of 3 rooms but it is a solid 5-10 minute uphill walk from the main house. Overall we had a wonderful time and were very happy with the property.

40th birthday celebration

We rented Risa Ranch to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was the perfect venue. 15 adults coming from across the country and we had plenty of room in the three gorgeously decorated houses. The ranch was easy to find and upon arrival, Jorge was waiting to assist with luggage, give us a tour and help us get settled. The property is huge and so beautiful. While the weather wasn’t great for us (it was a particularly rainy week), we still enjoyed walking the trails, especially in the morning, and seeing the animals. The on-site team really made our stay fantastic. I asked Griffin in advance for chef recommendations and amazingly, Jorge is also a great cook and can cater to your group’s dietary restrictions and food preferences. Just select a type of food and Jorge and Edgar will do the rest. The meals were delicious (we even had to ask for a recipe or two) and the attentiveness from Jorge and his team made for a relaxing, worry-free trip. Griffin was also incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. We spoke on the phone before the trip and he answered all my questions and then some. My sister also reached out to him unbeknownst to me to find a bakery for a surprise birthday cake. Griffin took care of coordinating that as well. I’ve stayed at several rental properties over the years and have never had such a thoughtful host. Everyone agreed that we’d love to come back for a longer stay to take advantage of all the amenities the property has to offer!
