The shower had mold caked all around the metal framing inside the shower. There was no shampoo/ conditioner. The entry door at the end Of the building we were located was broken and based on staff comments had been so for over 3 days. This security breach would have allowed anyone to enter the motel after hours. There wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom. I booked online and when We arrived discovered I had been booked into a handicap accessible room. When I explained that I did not need a handicap room, my room was changed and we were put into the tiniest room at the end of the hallway right outside the broken entry door on the other end of the building on the first floor.Sayinv the 2nd room was Far too small for o two adults is a big understatement. Next time I'll pay the extra $10 or $15 and stay at the Drury Inn Or Hampton.

Exceptionally clean. Great location with easy access to highway. Friendly staff. Dog was free, which was a great bonus. Coffee wasn't available in the morning. Top sheets on the bed were so full of static we couldn't use them - would be much better to have 100% cotton sheets rather than polyester. Thankfully we had our own pillows and improvised with coats for a comforter.

Staff was accommodating. Someone was nonstop running in the room above me. They moved me to a different room that smelled. I didn’t want to complain again so I stayed in it. Staff was very nice but I wouldn’t stay here again.
