Das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt, wir waren nur eine Nacht da um Fewo Reise Wahnsinn zu umgehen, sagte war es ok, aber vom Preis etwas zu hoch dafür. das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut
Das Hotel ist klein und einfach, aber eigentlich sauber. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super für eine Abkühlung, der "Fitnessbereich" ist sehr veraltet, ansonsten ist der Garten-/Poolbereich OK. Beim Check-In sollte man beachten, dass das Hotel nur morgens bis 11:00 Uhr und dann wieder ab 16:00 Uhr besetzt ist, also nicht früher anreisen! Die Zimmer und der Pool sind für den Preis absolut in Ordnung, das Frühstück ist zwar sehr übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Nachteile sind, dass das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße nach Porec liegt und man sich mit Getränken aus dem Supermarkt selbst eindecken muss - ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre daher sehr schön. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht genutzt, da diese 10€ pro Tag kostet, war allerdings im August auch nicht nötig. Unbedingt Mückenspray o.ä. mitnehmen, sehr aggressiv dort und leider ist kein entsprechender Schutz in den Zimmern vorhanden. Gegenüber befindet sich das Restaurant Rina, was absolut empfehlenswert ist, super Service und richtig gutes Essen! Porec ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt, genau so wie Supermärkte. Die Unterkunft ist für Leute geeignet, die sich das Land ansehen wollen und sich eher weniger im Hotel aufhalten und auch keinen Luxus erwarten/brauchen.

Hält nicht was es verspricht!
Leider liegt das Hotel an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, die man sowohl bei Nacht als auch am Pool hört. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr enttäuscht, von einem 3 Sterne Hotel sind wir definitiv anderes gewohnt, kein Haarfön, um den Handtuchaustausch (einmal in 7 Tagen) musste man auch betteln, das Frühstück ist auch sehr bescheiden, keinen Tee, nur eine Sorte Weißbrot, und Kaffee muss für jede Tasse extra gemacht werden, was mit sehr langen Wartezeiten verbunden ist. Desweiteren nahm der Chef es mit den Frühstückszeiten (8-10 Uhr) auch nicht so genau, 2 mal in 7 Tagen war das Frühstück nicht hingerichtet, einmal war er noch nicht mal im Haus. Wenn man Ausflüge plant, ist dies sehr lästig. Mittag und Abendessen ist nicht im Hotel zu bekommen, wie es in der Beschreibung steht.... Alles in allem waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Eigenaar geloofd er niet meer in.
Bij aankomst wist eigenaar niet dat we kwamen. Na wat zoeken vond hij toch onze boeking. Hotel begint te vervallen en het lijkt of de eigenaar er zelf niet meer in geloofd. Zo zaten de parasols vol gaten, was het zwembadwater groen en had ik de klink van de fitnessruimte in mijn hand. In de fitnessruimte rook het naar schimmel en zat het onder het stof, er was duidelijk allang niemand meer geweest en ook niet meer schoongemaakt. De kamer had oké kunnen zijn maar was ook slecht onderhouden en slecht schoongemaakt. Zo was het touw van de rolluiken kapot, zat er een dikke laag zwarte schimmel onder de wc rand (duidelijk allang niet meer schoongemaakt met chloor) Ook zaten er vlekken op het hoofdboord van het bed en in het bedlinnen. Het is duidelijk dat het niet goed gaat met het hotel maar juist dan zou je voldoende tijd moeten hebben om de kamers schoon te maken en te onderhouden, jammer dat dat niet gebeurd. Ontbijt was goed en heerlijk. Gratis parkeren op het eigen ruime parkeerterrein van het hotel. Prijs is veel te hoog, zeker in deze staat. Had een mooie uitvalsbasis kunnen zijn om Porec te bezoeken!
