Residence Livija is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, only 400 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. It has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which children can play in complete safety. There are 4 apartments total in the house. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where the guests have a 50m2 big swimming pool with the loungers and a barbecue grill on their disposal. The houseowner lives on the first floor and the parking is in front of the house. The guests can also request (if avaliable) a covered parking for the cars and bikes which is not included in the price. Washing machine is available for shared use.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Sabina und Ihrem Mann sehr genossen. Die Außenanlagen waren mehr als sauber. Der Pool ist super. Es ist alles da. Sonnenliegen mit Polster und großen Sonnenschirmen. Einzig die Stühle im Essbereich sind etwas unbequem. Sabina und Ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber.Gruß Mary und Stephan
