Nestled in the heart of the 43 km of coastline of the Jade Coast, discover the iconic town with its multiple secrets.
Located at the gates of the historic and commercial district and only 400m from the beach and Port de la Noëveillard, on the ground floor of a small, quiet and secure residence: "Les Lusignanes". This 40 m² ground floor apartment (renovated in May 2023) and its private garden has a double bedroom (2 beds x90) and a sofa bed (140) that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a living area with an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home; hob, fridge-freezer, small oven, French press, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and access to the outbuilding where the washing machine and storage for 2 bicycles are located are provided.
You will have 2 secure parking spaces on the residence grounds.
