Décevant, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles!

Mon séjour était vraiment décevant. Je pensais que c’était un hôtel 4 étoiles mais ce n’était pas le cas. Je crois qu’ils n’ont même pas deux. Le logement n’était pas du tout celui des photos réservé sur le site. On voulait nous filer un studio derrière la résidence, pas lumineux et très petit, on a du changer et payer un supplément. Arrivée à l’autre logement les lits n’étaient même pas faits, pas de papier toilette, ni savon pour se laver les mains, le canapé étais cassé, et le sol étais sale. Je pense le ménage n’était pas fait non plus. Franchement à ce prix là, un hôtel Ibis aurait largement était plus confortable et propre. Je ne reviendrai pas!

ne correspondait pas à ma réservation sur votre site et en rien à vos annonces.voir nos différents échanges.pas de "sea side" comme annoncé sur la photo.pas de lit double.pas de porte fenêtre avec balcon et salon de jardin.des simples fenêtres.a l'accueil on m'informe que ce n'est pas possible d'avoir cela que de toute façon hotel.com ne connait pas l'hôtel et vend des produits qu'i ne connait pas. ..

Departamento demasiado pequeño para 6 personas. Cero limpieza y el sofá cama asqueroso que parece que jamás ha sido limpiado. La cocineta bien equipada pero todos los utensilios y la vajilla sucios igual. No hay personal en el lugar, cero servicio a cliente. La zona está perfecta, el lugar se encuentra bien ubicado y totalmente accesible a la playa. Lo recomiendo para familias cuyo plan incluye el desayunar y cenar en el departamento, pero si su plan es salir mejor considerar los hoteles de alrededor.

EMPLACEMENT EXCEPTIONNEL prestations correctes

Studio grand et bien équipé, literies à lattes en bon état, emplacement devant la plage exceptionnel à Pornichet-La Baule, piscine, accès facile, ménage superficiel mais suffisant pour nous, la réception a des horaires très limités, l'absence de climatisation nous empêchera sans doute de revenir en saison chaude. Globalement satisfaits.
