Beautiful courtyard and very spacious rooms but nothing to entertain the guests. A little bit of entertainment within the hotel boundaries would be appreciated since there's nothing safe around the city for guests to enjoy. Why can't management think of that? Or is it too much to ask?

I had a wonderful stay the staff were attentive and nice. I always felt safe and like I was getting the best service. The room was a little warm but nothing serious. Will definitely come again.

Relaxin after roofing homes destroyed by hurricane

The room was great, able to do laps in pool.... The restaurant was Often 30 minute wait for dinner, then the grilled chicken a tad cold. Yet restaurant staff friendly and I tipped well despite slow service. I had 1000 gourds from ATM, wanted smaller bills for tips and front desk refused to make change, disappointing, since they had change. the next morning paid small bill in 1000 gourds and staff found change. Lol Car to airport I reserved at 630 am, left at 7am, sat at another hotel til 730, arrived airport 830, I luckily caught my 9 am flight.... Yet after my month volunteering with roofs, it was a refreshing, tad expensive retreat.

Hotel review

Pros: The gardens. The swimming-pool area.
Cons: BUSINESS CENTER ACCESSIBILITY
Location: Great location!
The reason I have given an ok to the hotel condition is because they have failed to put enough towels in the bathroom and sometimes, you have to ask for water to be added to the room. That's reduced the comfort. I really do not appreciate the fact that, unlike the other ranking hotels, this hotel cannot provide a reliable way for the customers to print their boarding passes ahead of time. That is terrible! The reason for that is the uncertainty existing in the political system of the country. This is a serious matter to address. They should make a great effort to improve.

Nice hotel

It's a really beautiful, spacious, very comfortable from front desk, to housekeeping and kitchen and the staff are really nice and helpful. Excellent buffet for breakfast, they make a mean rhum punch, love the prestige beer, and one of my favorites was the fried pork with fried plantains very well decorated. I loved the party's on the rooftop. The room was very nice, clean with a balcony. I had a really great time I wish that I stayed longer and I am planning to go back

More Salutations!

Pros: The food was good.
Cons: The hotel was nicely designed and decorated; however, the up keep appears to be lacking. The grounds appears to require some repair.
Location: I didn't get out.
My stay at the Karibe Hotel was okay, it could have been a little better. I feel the staff could have been a little friendlier.
