The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 88 m² house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is less than a kilometer from the beach and is located in the commune of Port-Bail-Sur-Mer. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 400 m² garden, private and fully enclosed

The house is ideally located in Denneville, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
