Awesome View: 3 BR, 2 BA House in Crystal Beach, Sleeps 8

Awesome View is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront property that is located right in the heart of Crystal Beach. This house sits in the Gulf Shores subdivision and is perfect for couples or small families that are looking for a wonderful beach getaway. The views from the furnished deck will "wow" you when you are sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The open living/kitchen/dining area has comfortable reclining sofas, as well as island seating and a dining table for 6 (great for meals or game times)! You'll find the conveniences of home with modern appliances, washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

At 1750 square feet, the home easily sleeps 8. The first two bedrooms have one queen bed each, and the third has two full size beds.

This is the perfect companion house for several other Swedes rentals in the immediate area. Call us for more information!

No pets are allowed. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Other than the mattresses being old and uncomfortable it was a great stay. Cabin needs some TLC and maintenance. Bring everything you think you might need, not a lot is provided for you including cooking utensils and pot holders. Melissa is great at Swede's and we loved the check in and check out times. We will rent again from Swede's for sure.

The AC worked great which is important in Texas, we were all comfortable. The view really is pretty awesome! We were able to see a wedding on the beach. ❀The house is very close to the beach, but not close enough to carry a baby and everything that you want down to it. Thankfully we had a truck w 4 wheel drive and were able to drive on the beach. My only suggestions for improvements are, the couches are peeling, a hazard for small children. The first two bedrooms only had a thin bed cover; let guests know to bring their own blankets. One bedroom has a huge stain in the carpet !

We brought way 2 much stuff. They have everything you need to cook . Just bring food lol

Perfect Spot

This property is right across the street from the beach with an unimpeded view from the large deck. Super convenient for our family of 6. Great fireworks on New Year’s all along the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of places throughout the house to spread out.

need a dep cleaning my kids have allergy all the time we get to stay home

not planing on returning to this property until i get to see changes on the house the carpet it’s horrible and the bedding sheets are my grandma age. It’s was my third time at this house and my last one until a get to se a change

Great location, ok interior

The location is amazing. The interior just ok. The A/C unit was leaking and the toilets made sounds throughout the night. There were no cleaning supplies or trash bags onsite and it made things difficult. The furnishings and home had an overall musty small and there were no instructions for the dehumidifier. The appliances were updated, but kitchen utensils / supplies broken or mismatched. The tvs and direct tv were awesome. The wifi did not work. Would stay here again for the location and the home was clean, but could definitely use some updating.
