Brand NEW Beach House Coastal Point

Welcome to Coastal Point Beach House. Our brand new built 4BR/4BA is the ultimate vacation house for your family and friends and is just steps from the beach. Take in our views from both decks to watch the beautiful sunrise or sunset while eating your meal or just enjoying your favorite drink.
Beach is a 4-minute walk.
LIVING ROOM
The living area has a hardwood floor, remote-controlled ceiling fan, with an open concept area to relax after a day at the beach. Nice, big sectional couch with a 70” flatscreen tv that includes all your favorite streaming services.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen & dining area is an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a vast island for all your cooking needs. Our dining table has ten seats, while the kitchen island accommodates 3.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Our house sleeps up to 14 guests with 3 king beds and 2 full over full bunk beds. All king bedrooms include a 52” flatscreen TV. Our two downstairs bathrooms have one shower and one shower/tub. The upstairs bunk bedroom has a shower/tub, while the master bedroom has a luxurious waterfall shower head shower combo.
OUTDOORS
The outdoor amenities include a private deck for the master bedroom with outdoor chairs. Our main deck includes a high-top table overlooking incredible views with 2 chairs and a dining table that seats 8-10 people. Downstairs, we have a foot spray to wash your feet off and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
AMENITIES
Complimentary Wi-Fi is included as well as a washer and dryer. Parking is provided for vehicles. *Garage is not available for guests*.

Our stay at this VRBO property was excellent. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was a great place to unwind in the evenings. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The house was amazing, the best I've stayed at on the peninsula. There were thoughtful touches throughout and it felt like home while we were there. It is a popular neighborhood so the beach fills up fast but we still found a spot. Also, with it being a popular spot, there were some rowdy neighbors but the house kept the noise out really well

Great Location - Beautiful Home

The property is in a great location, especially for Memorial Day weekend, and the house is beautiful. The owners were easy to work with and were not overbearing. I will say we didn't notice the policy book until we were packing up. If I were to visit again, I would be sure to bring more basics like detergent, trash bags, dish cleaning sponges, paper towels, etc. There is a very limited supply and you will run out of what you need quickly with a group larger than 6. It's a new property, and that could very well be the reason stock availability was so low considering lodgers usually leave behind helpful items over time. Beach towels are not on the property, so bring those or you will be buying some down there. The thermostat auto sets daily to 74 - something to be aware of if you are used to sleeping 70 and below. If you are bringing side by sides/ATVs to ride, be mindful of long trailers. It is not setup to be able to park with anything over 30ft. Overall, it's a great place to stay and would recommend! I would just be better prepared time!

Easter Weekend

We were very pleased with our stay! The location was wonderful for the beach, and the extra balcony off the top floor bedroom was the perfect morning coffee spot.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Micheal, the host, was fantastic in his communication when needed and very easy to work with. We will definitely be looking into this location again when we return to Crystal Beach.

Our short vacay was PERFECT!!! The house was EXCEPTIONAL and the location is in an AWESOME spot. We took our side by side and drove it right to the beach

All In One

Checkin was very easy! Everything was perfect in the house! Had all the things you needed to feel at home! From utensils to towels and BBQ grill outside! We had 10 of us! 6 adults we all of us having extremely comfortable Beds/ our own bathrooms to 4 kids with their own room/ bathroom! Great location to walk 2 min to the beach! We hope to get this place again next year!

BEST BEDS!!!

My main concern with this stay was beds being comfortable and they were a 10/10 all 7 of them! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and everything in working order. Location was perfect near everything and seconds away from the beach. We had some minor hiccups during our stay such as given wrong code for lockbox, no coffee (sad) or condiments, seasonings are all hard as a rock in the containers and only 3 trash bags for the whole weekend. BUT Michael was very quick and helpful to assist with those things. I’d just recommend housekeeping check these things before stays. Thanks for having us it was overall a great stay.

Amazing home and location

We did family Thanksgiving with 8 family members (5 adults and 3 kids) and the house was perfect! Plenty of bedroom space and 4 bathrooms were perfect. We walked to the beach every day which is only a few hundred yards away. The house was extremely clean. We will definitely try and reserve this exact home again!

Best Crystal Beach Rental

I’ve been going to Crystal Beach for years and this place is the best I’ve stayed at. Lots of room and a restroom per room. It’s super close to the best part of the beach and a minute or two drive to the store.

Spectacular!

Booked this beach house with the family. The property was exactly as pictured! Absolutely beautiful and very spacious! Loved all of the bathrooms as we had a large group that stayed. Very conveniently located right in the heart of Crystal Beach. Very close beach access along with close proximity to the Big Store and other shopping necessities. The house itself was stunning and very clean. We did have one tiny issue upon arrival, not to any fault of the owner. We reached out and they responded very quickly. Great people to communicate with. Very polite and respectful! If and when we come back to Crystal Beach, this is where we will he staying! Great for all ages!

Spectacular

This Beach house is nothing less than spectacular! The Beautiful , decorative design allows for spacious living and eating for the whole family to enjoy. Beautiful views out every window with many views of the ocean. Every bed was very comfortable with beautiful bedding and mounted TVs. All the sleeping quarters were exceptional! The bathrooms were spacious with decorative showers and/or tubs. The kitchen is perfectly designed with all the latest technology. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here and we will for sure be planning another trip to this house. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this location and wish all families as many happy memories here as we made . Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. Can’t wait to return!
