"My stay at this condo was fantastic! The views of the marina from my room were absolutely stunning, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop. While the condo had a bit of an outdated charm, it was still cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with wonderful restaurants and shops just a short stroll away.

We were visiting my parents for my Dad’s 90th birthday. They live in Burnt Store, so it was very convenient. The condo was clean, comfortable and lived up to all our expectations.The owner was available for any questions orconcerns, which was a big plus. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Great Getaway

Beautiful condo in a very safe, gated neighborhood, close to a variety of things to do. We loved the screened in balcony - such a nice place to relax and watch the boats in the marina. Can get a little loud when the live band is playing at the restaurant, but they're done by 9 pm. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little condo

Perfect little condo for 2 people. Great view of the harbor. Pool was perfect and nice areas to sit and have some food or drinks. We rented a boat 2 separate days from Leisure Time Boat rental. Randal and Mellisa were great. Cass Cay restaurant was right next door and was great. Washer and dryer was nice plus for a small condo. Will rent again if we come back to BSM.

Good location for me

The condo was lovely with a great view of the marina. The people I visited live in the Burnt Store neighborhood in Cape Coral. The unit is somewhat dated and could use some bathroom fixture improvements but overall it was perfect for my needs and I would certainly stay there again.

Lovely view overlooking marina, nice condo!

Although nice views of marina and nice condo, not peaceful at all. I realize this is out of owner's control. Gas dock in front of condo awaiting permanent pumps therefore trucked fuel in and parked in front of condo that continually ran from 7:30am until 5:00pm. Construction of docks continues requiring cranes and pounding all day. In and out boat services next door with hi-lows beeping all day. Restaurant next door live music 6 nights a week until 9pm and not your typical tiki bar music. Luckily we're early risers so enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee before 7:30am.
