A beautiful 2 story 7500 sf home on the Myakka River that is suitable for a large family gathering, multiple families or couples to share or a corporate retreat. This home is in a very quiet area but is close to everything. This home offers a large Master Suite, 2 ensuites and 2 bedrooms that share a Jack n Jill bath. There is a home theater room, a heated pool with a hot tub. The beds in this home are made up European style, meaning no top sheets, only individual light weight comforters.

Big House is Great House

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The property manager, Thomas, was exceptionally quick with responses to my questions prior to and during our stay. The house is well suited to a quiet vacation and the sunrises are amazingly beautiful as the sun come up over the water. The house was clean and the five en-suite bedrooms (with a 6th bed available in a separate room) were well appointed. The theater room was excellent to watch movies and football.

Great spring break adventure

Location on the river was great, no traffic. Sunrise and Moonrise were perfect. Kids 6-10 loved the pool. I thought I would miss the overhead birdcage but was great without it, no bugs, perfect view, lovely landscaping, We spent most of our home time on the covered lanai with the outdoor kitchen, ( huge grill, frig, ice machine) barstool and table seating. Rented a boat but boat lift was not available and dock too high to dock there so we took boat back to rental place each day. Would be better if one bedroom had 2 sets of bunk beds, and one bathroom with handicap bars.

The house was amazing. The dock was fun to fish off of. The property manager was very helpful. We did need to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels. The amazing outdoor kitchen grill is in need of repair as well.

Beautiful Home with a great view.

The house is very nice and roomed. We stayed with 6 adult men for a business meeting. Rented a boat that we were able to dock on our own pier. The morning sunrises are gorgeous.

Very beautiful home

The house was gorgeous and so was the view!! The only issues we had were the outside lights didn’t work and the grill needs maintenance. I would highly recommend staying here and will try to get this house next time we visit!!
