Wonderful

Returned last night from an absolutely lovely stay here. My wife and I were joined by dear old friends and we enjoyed every minute. The layout of the house was perfect for our group - each couple having their own wing. The thoughtfulness of the hosts was the best we've encountered: from communication to instruction videos to everything being very well supplied. Everything was easy, everything worked, everything was just right for us. And the yard, patio, pool, and spa were just outstanding. For the middle of a long winter break we relished the time outdoors - good for body and soul in all respects. Seriously, we've not a thing bad to say. What you see on the listing is what you get and much more. Oh, and we were joined by a pooch as well. She would say she loved it too, particularly with her owners being in such good and generous moods the whole time!

Golden Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property that was just as described in the listing. The back yard is an amazing setup with a great pool and hot tub, nice covered patio, and game area. House had a nice layout and was clean, in a safe neighborhood, and the hosts were always responsive and helpful. Lots of extras like games, puzzles, and even beach chairs and equipment for families to enjoy. Very convenient to groceries and restaurants. We could get to several nice beaches like Englewood and Ft Myers within an hour. Highly recommend this property.

It’s like you are at home

What a nice home!!!! From the moment we opened the doors it was clean and fresh. The back lanai was very nice, comfortable furniture and a great breeze. The kitchen appliances where all updated, and plenty of pans to do your own cooking. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable ( I tried all the beds because I could 😊), and plenty of closet space. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and very nice to deal with. The location of home is actually 1.5 miles from Route41, so it was perfect to get anywhere, NorthPort one direction, Punta Gorda another, Tampa another., beaches within 30 minutes or the Harbor in 8-10 minutes. Ohhhh and a town golf course one street away. We had a great time and look forward to coming back. Thank you Jamie & Kristie for everything!!!!!

Perfect house and great neighborhood pet friendly overall great stay

Stayed at the house for 8 weeks everything was perfect. Stayed in contact with the host about any small things we needed. Neighborhood was great for walking the dog, location to shopping was perfect, everything close to the house. Overall it was a great experience and we will not hesitate to rent this house again. Can’t say enough good things about the house, the host, and the neighborhood

Perfect House

The house was everything you can imagine and more. The pool being at 84 degree is a must during your stay at this beautifull VRBO and the spa was the cherry on top. The house was clean and perfect. Fenced backyard, so it was perfect for the dogs. Very safe neighborhood. I hope we can do this again next year.
