Chambres pas chĂšres,mĂ©nage survolĂ©, toiles d'araignĂ©es partout, sol, moquette, plafond, sdb, cafards dans les chambres. Couloirs moquette usĂ©e,sale, toile d'araignĂ©es. Buffet peu variĂ© et recurrence des propositions. Que du thĂ© en sachet : dommage. Quand on donne la clĂ© pour partir, on nous dit . Bah c'est dĂ©jĂ  ça,mĂȘme pas bon retour ,bon voyage,etc...

TrĂšs mauvais accueil. Des bons Ă  rien. HĂŽtel est bruyant. QualitĂ© du repas horrible. J'ai du manger dehors. Les chaises sont sales. Pas de serviettes dans les chambres. Je dĂ©conseille , Ă  fuire absolument. HĂŽtel est notĂ© 3 Ă©toiles par le ministĂšre du tourisme depuis 2005, affichĂ© 4 sur le site. C'est faux, il est dĂ©classĂ© depuis 2005. Il ne vaut mĂȘme pas un 2 Ă©toiles.

HĂŽtel horrible a fuir d'urgence !

Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l'hĂŽtel nous devions attendre que quelqu'un arrive, Ă  la rĂ©ception il n'y avait personne, l'hĂŽtel en gĂ©nĂ©ral est en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat, le petit dĂ©jeuner c'est le pire de toute ma vie. Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 2 enfants nous avions une seul serviette dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de numĂ©ro pour joindre la rĂ©ception, je suis descendu pour demander d'autres serviettes pour pouvoir ce doucher, ben j'attends toujours ! Surtout ne rĂ©servĂ© pas cette hĂŽtel, j'en ai fait Ă©normĂ©ment dĂšs hĂŽtel Ă  djerba, sousse, hammamet etc... Mais celui ci c'est le pire ça doit ĂȘtre un 1* ou 2* pas plus.

aprĂšs un 1°sĂ©jour trĂšs bien Ă  Houria le 2° est une catastrophe .cet hotel vieilli trĂšs mal ,rĂ©ception pas trĂšs aimable. chambre aprĂšs plusieurs jour sans pouvoir dormir dĂ» a des personnes bruillantes nous demande de changer mais pas possible les autres chambres Ă©taient trĂšs sales , pr la chambre 111 mĂ©nage trĂšs limite , meuble dĂ©vernis ,baignoire plus d'Ă©mail vidange rouillĂ©e lavabo bouchĂ© et fĂȘlĂ© seul le rideau de douche Ă©tait neuf ! belle terrasse mais fauteuil cassĂ© , climatisation ne fonctionne pas , glace de salle de bain et de chambre Ă  vous d'essuyer pour vous voir dedans , douche de la picsine trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs sale , restaurant le chois des repas assez bien mais le maĂźtre d'hotel Ă  revoir aprĂšs avoir attendu un coca tout le repas nous dĂ©cidons de partir et la en dehors du restaurant nous apprenons qu'il n'y a plus de coca !, les nappes pas repassĂ©es et sale les vitres trĂšs sales il y a besoin de faire trĂšs vite des travaux . notre dernier repas pas terrible , poisson de la veille passĂ© dans la friture et froid , brochette de poulet grillĂ© mais aussi froide je choisi de prendre du riz qui lui pas de chance Ă©tĂ© froid aussi alors pour de plats servis chaud vraiment pas de chance . aussi une journĂ©e la femme de chambre nous a dit qu'elle avait trop de travail donc elle ne pourrait pas faire notre chambre . pour notre part je pense qu'il serait mieux de changer d'hotel et surtout de leur dire de faire des travaux au plus vite !

sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  part l'ascenseur souvent en panne , personnels de restaurant attentif , une femme de chambre avec toujours un petit coucou de bonjours , satisfait des repas en demi pension ainsi que les petits dĂ©jeuners , nous reviendrons dans cet hotel avec plaisir . peu ĂȘtre un peu loin du centre ville !

Un rapport qualitĂ© prix avec des chambres correcte, plutĂŽt une bonne piscine pas trĂšs grande mais convenable par contre le service laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. L emplacement de l hotel est trĂšs bien car on a le plus important Ă  proximitĂ©, comme le port kantaoui et quelques boĂźtes et restaurants ainsi que pubs, plutĂŽt bien situĂ©e .
