At South Seas 2, you can enjoy the uninterrupted cliff top ocean views overlooking Knights Beach to Granite Island. On the beach within only a minute of the front door, with beach walkway access directly opposite your townhouse.

South Seas 2 encaptures marvelous sea views from all areas of the townhouse, including unsurpassed views from the downstairs Lounge and upstairs master bedroom. The Balcony overlooks the renown Knights Beach break and captures views all the way down the coast to Victor Harbor and beyond.

Retire at night to the sound of waves crashing onto the rugged shores below and the sight of the Harbor lights twinkling across the Bay.

South Seas 2 is a luxurious and modern townhouse which includes remarkable picture windows to enhance the already amazing views, kitchen including Dishwasher and stone bench tops, brand new luxury bathroom facilities and an outdoor all weather entertainers courtyard with BBQ.

Only a short stroll away from South Seas 2 is the famous Horseshoe Bay and Flying Fish Cafe or venture into the heart of the seaside town of Port Elliot where there are an assortment of shops, weekend markets, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and day spas - on weekends catch the steam driven Cockle train to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.

The comforts continue inside with a 43 inch Smart TV, r/c Air conditioning in the living areas and ducted reverse cycle Air conditioning in both bedrooms including luxurious new lounge.

South Seas 2 supplies all linen to the two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two single beds. The townhouse has 2 separate toilets, valuable separate laundry facilities with Front Loading Washer/Dryer and undercover parking.

Bookings for any party group will be cancelled as this property is not suitable for these groups. SECURITY BOND
A bond of $200.00 is required before arrival. The funds are refunded to you after your successful post stay inspection/clean.

Great spot, excellent view, cleanliness could be improved
Really lovely spot with beachfront views of Knights beach from living room and master bedroom. Cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen could be improved, on arrival we found the table was sticky and dishes / glassware not clean. Tile grout in bathrooms could be improved and new bed linen would make a major difference. We found a vacuum and broom to tidy ourselves but no vac charger. Hosts lovely and easy to communicate with. Thanks for the stay.

Last minute long weekend getaway
The location was simply spectacular! Perfect for a hot weekend spent in the ocean and walks around the coast to Horseshoe Bay. The townhouse was perfect for our requirements. Lots of thought was behind lots of "little" things to enhance the pleasure of the experience. A gift, cereals, teas, coffee, a late checkout, efficient air conditioning, etc. Absolutely worth it! Thanks Melissa for the use of your property for such a relaxing and fun-filled getaway! Would highly recommend it!

An absolute top spot
The views from this property were wonderful even better from the upstairs bedroom. The location is great as you can get on the bike trails or walk either into Goolwa or Victor Harbour. Hotels were in walking distance and served great meals. We saw a pod of dolphins whilst sitting on a bench looking out to sea. The unit was quiet and easy to access. The unit was clean and although we spent most of our time going out if you wanted to cook there was plenty of kitchen tools to help. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I love this apartment.Ceiling fans in both rooms.Heating in the bathroom.Nespresso machine.Dishwasher.Beautiful view of Kings Beach.Can also see surfers from Main bedroom balcony.Lovely neighbourhood.Peaceful and serene surrounds.Thank you for a lovely apartment.Would go back.

Location is beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay. After I booked and paid the deposit, the owner emailed to say there was a price increase and it was missed due to an admin error with Stayz. She offered us a refund, however we decided to pay it despite it not sitting well with us. The final price was still good value for the property. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned, so we contacted the owner and she organised for it to be cleaned straight away. We got in around 4ish instead of 2pm. Then the cleaners had unfortunately done a rushed job and it was not properly clean so the owner organised for the cleaners to come back the next morning. Although it wasn't a smooth start, we were really grateful for how well the owner communicated with us and fixed the problems straight away. After this, it was smooth sailing and we really enjoyed the week. Fantastic location and a nice place.

Fabulous Little Apartment with AMAZING VIEWS
Absolutely fabulous little Apartment. Perfect for our family. Stylish and very comfortable. Queen Bedroom has a great little private deck to enjoy the view. Bed very comfy. Newly renovated with up-to-date furnishings. The couch was so spacious and made for a very relaxing little stay . We will be back ! Our host was very easy to contact and very quick to reply !! LOVED IT !
