Over summer South Beach is known for Pea Soup Cove with its ring of volcanic rock creating the perfect place for a dip and paddle without a wave in sight. While over winter the ever changing wild ocean makes for an unbelievable spectacle. Southern Waves is the double storey 4 bedroom home that provides the quintessential family home for you to enjoy on your next stay in Port Fairy.

There is plenty of space for cars, with use of the garage and on the nature strip in front. Park up and head inside to the first living space with TV, an ideal space to pop the children in the evening or whoever loses the coin toss for the upstairs living space!

Downstairs you will find the first three bedrooms as well as the main bathroom. The first two bedrooms contain Queen beds with built in robes while the third bedroom has a Tri-Bunk as well as single bunk beds with built in robes. All bedrooms offer stand alone heating if you are in Port Fairy over the winter.

The large main bathroom contains a walk in shower and separate bath. There is a separate toilet downstairs through the laundry with washing machine for your use during your stay.

But the hidden gem in this house is the downstairs outside area. Step into the most gorgeous sun trap surrounded by lush greenery and flowers. There can be nothing better than enjoying the serenity this hideaway provides. It is just made for sitting with a morning cup of coffee listening to the sounds of the birds, feeling the warmth of the sun on you with the low hum of the waves in the background.

The upstairs area is where you will find the generous master King bedroom, built in robes and second bathroom. This bathroom contains a walk in shower and toilet.

The open plan living area takes full advantage of the house's position with the wall of windows to allow you to enjoy the sea views that you have no doubt been looking forward to. In the living space there is a huge L shaped couch, perfect for the whole family to enjoy a movie night in front of the gas log fire. Better yet send them out for a refreshing morning walk on the beach while you can stretch out with a cup of coffee, the sound of the waves and a good book! Or enjoy the front balcony, listen to the roar of the waves and the breeze that brings the smell of the sea to you.

The kitchen has all the standard mod cons you would expect in a family home. There is a large dining space with plenty of seating and just off this is the upstairs back balcony with small seating area and the family BBQ.

In the living space there is a split system and a large gas log fire for your use.
