Coral Beachside - Private Beach Resort

The Coral Beachside Suite is located right on the beach amidst a large landscaped garden area. From the partially covered terraces, the living room and the two bedrooms you have a wonderful view of the palm trees, the beach and the turquoise ocean. The private beach access leads you directly to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (about 18 meters between the house and the beach) GROUND FLOOR 1,063 sq. Ft. / 99 sq. Meters | 4-6 GUESTS

The living room

Our CORAL BEACHSIDE SUITE on the ground floor is furnished with exclusive Caribbean style furnishings. The spacious living room has direct access to the terraces, as well as garden and beach and is connected to the American model with an open plan integrated kitchen with dining room.

The 2 bedrooms have a king-size double bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size double bed overlooking the blue turquoise ocean, each with its own comfortable bathroom. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. In the living room there are two sofas, which can be taken off to generous double beds.

The suite is equipped with its own washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and ice maker, microwave, electric stove with oven. TV, WI-FI and telephone are also available.

Just what we wanted.

Privacy on a beautiful beach and sparkling clear water: that’s why we came. Our rental car and house key arrived at the airport promptly after our arrival. Rainer’s house is in a perfect location and just as the pictures show. The house was clean and in good order. Dishes and utensils were adequate. My wife was happy that hair dryers were provided. The beach is lovely and you have the beach to yourself for all practical purposes. Greenwood Beach Resort is a short walk up the beach or very short drive, should you desire a beverage or meal. As with most resorts, walk-ins are accepted for breakfast and lunch by reservations are required for the evening meal. We brought our food items and were well supplied. Lana was helpful by having plenty of water and a beach umbrella waiting for us in the house when we arrived. If you are coming to an “out island” - understand that supplies are limited and the climate does take its toll on everything, roads, cars and houses. There are two bakery’s on the island 
 we’ve been to both 
 and the main grocery is just north of the airport across from the dock. You’ll do well to stock up prior to driving down, however there are two smaller “convenience stores” in the Port Howe/Bain Town area. We think Rainers place is an excellent value for the experience of the stay!

Beach. Beach, Beach

We needed a break from the hustle and bustle. Also from the cold. Man did this place deliver. Walk along the pink sand beach in either direction right from the house. Saw 3 people on the beach our week long stay. The beach stretches several miles in either direction. We liked it so much were buying a place here. One note. Eating out can be expensive. We cooked inmost meals. The Greenwood Inn is fantastic. Pauline and Antwoine are the perfect hosts. Thanks Ranier, Lana and Armon.

Incredible property and location

This was the first time to Cat Island and Coral Beachside Resort. Words can not describe how perfect this property is. Words do not do justice to the views, the beaches, and the property. The property is very well maintained and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The grounds are beautiful and the incredible beach is just steps away. The owner and manager were extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to returning.

Beautiful beachfront villa

Rainer built this stunning property facing the Atlantic Ocean on an 8 mile stretch of beach. The beach offers lots of reefs perfect for snorkeling, diving, or any other beach activity including peace and tranquillity. I've fallen in love with the island and would highly recommend this property. Lana, his property manager, is perect and can help you with all of your needs and questions, she's very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous Solitude

An incredible place to read, relax, and forget about the rest of the world. Beautiful home on a gorgeous beach where you may never see another person. I was happy to have packed a bag of food to check on our stay as the bigger store in New Bight is a little bit of a drive. You definitely need to rent a car. The most amazing island with the kindest people in the world. Our only complaint (and not with this rental) is Western Airlines which is terrible. We ended up having to pack our bags in one hour and leave a day early because Lana let us know our flight time had drastically changed with no notice - completely missing any international connection. In fact, the website STILL has the wrong times listed. We were crushed to lose a day of our home rental and car AND to pay for a night's stay in Nassau - a hefty loss. Cannot wait to return - just via a different method. Thank you, Lana and Rainer. Be sure to also visit Sweet Tamarind!

Beautiful pink sands at Coral Beach, amazing!

Reiner's beautiful humble home is amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to stay, this is the place away from all the hub-bub of Nassau! Everything in the photo is accurate. The beach house is the last house on this private beach region, overlooking the blue waters. My husband and I walked everyday with not really seeing anyone on the beach, this was a much needed R&R for us. Working with the property manager Lana was very good, she was always available for us to ask questions via Whatapp! The house is about 35 minutes from the airport, make sure to pick up supplies at the only grocery store. Along the way to the house there is a bakery, Mary's Crabshack so make sure you try these. One of place we really liked was the Pick Chicken, all the locals know and it about 10/15 minutes from the house if you want to have afternoon of conversation and try fresh Conch. We also tried Fernandez Bay for lunch and it was great! We had a very good time on Cat Island and would recommend to anyone who is looking to unplug.

Amazing view

The location and view from this property is just what we wanted. Great snorkeling just off the beach. If you want a fairly secluded relaxing place to stay on a beautiful beach this is it.
