Entrance to doorways were very dirty. The air conditioner heater had way too much dirt in. It wouldn’t want to get legionnaires disease.!! sheets were clean towels were white. That was good. The breakfast nook was dirty. The microwave was horrendous. We did not eat there.

Scary

We got in late after crossing the boarder. The gentleman at the front desk was really friendly. We booked two rooms one being a dog friendly room. That room smelled really bad the floor was wet and the sheets covered in stains. The other room had a leaking ceiling. The bathroom floor was covered in water and if you sat on the toilet the water dripped down on your head from the exhaust fan. The breakfast was cold and not maintained at all the girls working there were not attentive to the food at all and many things were missing or like rubber. The tables were dirty and the garbage can in the dinning area looked like it came from a construction site. It was filthy. When I mentioned all of this to the front desk in the morning she had nothing to say. Would not recommend this hotel ever.

Room was decent but building and parking lot was run down a fair bit. They had what seemed to be long term people staying there and made coming and going a bit uncomfortable considering they hung around the area by the entry doors closest to our room. I don’t think I will stay there again, pay a little more money to feel comfortable coming and going especially in the evening.

Great getaway

Our stay was excellent. We had a very clean and comfortable room. It was very big with a comfy bed and chair. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.We definitely wouod stay here again.

They stay was pleasant and frint desk staff were nice but the room.was not the cleanest. The bathroom towels has stains on them which you can tell they tried to bleach but it still showed through. The room ceiling was covered in co. Webbs so big and long they damced with the heat. Sheets seemed clean and were spfr and comfortable. The carpet was filthy and felt stick on feet. We kept our shoes on when walking in hotel room. You could see the dirt and crumbs, as though they forgot to vacuum. In morning when on our way to breakfast the housekeeps were waiting oursode the room and asked if we are leaving today which i didnt mind, nut upon return to my room they vlocked the door woth cleaning cart that i had to move away. They kept govering around room almost rishing us out which was uncomfortable as we stl ahs 1.5 hrs to go before check out. Thr pool.was also put of service. Some positive were breakfast it was tasty although i obly had the waffles. Don't think I will stay here again but does the trick if you only want to sleep there.

There is no hot tub as stated on Expedia, but the pool was very clean and enjoyable. We had a king bed and jetted, 2-person tub. Highly recommend this room! Best price for the area. Great shopping, restaurants, and short drive to Frankenmuth.

Positive things: clean beds, amazing hot water pressure, front staff were fantastic and friendly. Negative things: mangled nearly empty toilet paper roll, garbage and old food in room fridge, bathroom door lock broken, no towels for pool users with used towels all over the deck and no place to put them. Food garbage on pool deck for days. Poor lighting in parking lot after dark. This hotel has the potential to go up a star or two if the management would just pay attention to a few more details in clean up and building maintenence. Didnt hate it but not excited to return.

Very run down property. No bugs but carpets were filthy in common areas. Our room had water damage on the ceiling. Window facing the interstate so was quite loud. The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfactory to say the least, dried out sausage and weird scrambled eggs, a few cereal, one waffle maker, dried out muffins, bagels and some yogurt. Had stayed here years ago and it has gone downhill.

The place is a dump. I could not believe how yucky it was, not to mention absolutely low budget - no fridge, no microwave in the room. We turned the tv on and that's where the buck stopped - couldn't changed the channel, control the volume, etc. Figured maybe the batteries had died, so I picked up to call the front desk and guess what?, the phone didn't work!!! Had to unplug the tv so we could go to sleep. "Breakfast" was gross. There was almost nothing left when we got down there, (and we were not late) and we never did see any staff. I heard another couple commenting how the bagels were stale - it was just a bad experience all around. My advice is to spend the extra few bucks and stay across the street at one of the nice hotels.

Let’s see, only one person on staff when we checked in. Another woman was at the desk asking for soap for the public washroom. The young lady told her she couldn’t leave the desk, she was the only one there, the soap was in a room and it was locked and she didn’t have a key, her boss had it. Then we went to our room. The cover blanket on the beds looked like they had someone dirty foot marks on them. Then the bathroom, there was a roll of toilet paper sitting on the lid flushed the toilet plugged water everywhere. Phoned front desk to bring towels and plunger. Couldn’t leave desk had to go get it ourselves. She said no one has done laundry running out of towels. Opened the fridge someone had unplugged the tray and bottom of the fridge full of water. TV doesn’t work. Asked for a different room got the last room. It was a down grade no fridge or microwave, and the clocks don’t work. They need to find more staff and friendlier. We called the other hotels in the area and they were all full. We would have checked out if another one was available. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with Quality Inn. I feel you owe me a refund or quite a discount.
