New for rent: Apartment of 45m2, crossing, facing the sea, on the first and last floor of the residence "Le Panoramic" completely renovated and equipped to nine. Near the hotel "The Mediterranean", overlooking the Casino, located 200m, the lighthouse, the sea, and the beginning of the Pyrenees. In summer, near the animations but without noise nuisance, ideal for families.

Maximum capacity of the apartment: 4 adults plus 2 children.

2 bedrooms: bedroom 1, 1 bed 140cm with new shape memory mattress, 1 large wardrobe and 1 closet. Bedroom 2, 1 140cm bed with memory foam mattress and 1 bunk bed, with new mattresses. The 2 bedrooms are separated by an accordion door. 1 Clic clac neuf, bought in August 2018, in the living room.

Equipment: TV 100cm TNT hanging on the wall, new fitted kitchen, coffee maker Dolce Gusto and traditional. Fridge, hob, large 75L oven, microwave oven, electric griddle, dishwasher, washing machine, Rowenta wireless vacuum cleaner, shower cabin with chromo therapy, new SDB cabinet with integrated lighting. Separate toilets. All electrical appliances are new except refrigerator, and microwave.
