Extremely Overpriced for the condition of the unit. The air conditioning was broken / not working i.e. turning off constantly and there was no screens on any windows or doors to open them. The bathroom exhaust wasn’t working in a bathroom that had no windows to the outside. There was a corner of the plaster wall near the master bedroom that had been broken and was held together with duct tape that was coming off the wall. Our newborn baby constantly crawled over to it to play with it. Last but not least the master bed was broken, there was a large dip, bend and slope in both sides of the bed.

There is just some household/maintenance issues to report: the downpipes on the bacony, especially the one by the hottub dripped very loudly, disturbing sleep. We put a towel under it to dampen the sound. Also there was no bathplug, so I could not take a bath. I only book rooms with baths, because bath not shower and it was not pleasant that I could not soak in the bath last night.

Due to flooding in Taree and the closure of the Pacific Highway, we were unable to arrive on the 21st of May. We contacted the reception at The Quay, and the staff were very understanding and professional. They responded promptly and efficiently, and we greatly appreciated their assistance in rescheduling our booking for two weeks later.
