This property features 2 large living spaces and 4 bedrooms, all designed with comfort in mind. There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground level of the property. Bedroom 1 with a king bed, bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and both with ensuites attached. Up stairs you will find bedroom 3 featuring a trio bunk (single on top, double on bottom) and also bedroom 4 which has a single bed. All linen is included.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and a serving window that opens directly to the alfresco dining area. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Enjoy your time outdoors in the private pool or overlooking the beautiful canals from the large north facing deck.

The property is located just a three minute walk to shops, restaurants, club, supermarket and pub is also just a short walk along the river to the CBD or continue a little further down the break wall to Port Macquarie's beautiful town beach.

Cleanliness of the house was pretty good but just needs someone to go that bit further. All the main surfaces were cleaned but every room has webbing and spiders in every corner. Outside furniture needs replacement especially the outdoor lounge in pool area. The cushions need a deep clean.
