Situated in a quiet block of 5 villas. An 8-minute walk from Flynns and Oxley Beaches, and easy 2-minute walk to amazing coastal views on the Port Macquarie Coastal Walk. Port CBD is only a 5 min drive offering all the conveniences of supermarkets, shopping centres, bars, cafes and restaurants. With something for everyone, enjoy patrolled surf beaches, river cruises, whale watching, camel rides, golf courses and fishing. NO LINEN and TOWELS PROVIDED, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

PLEASE NOTE our unit has stairs and is 5 levels.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over age of 25 and or small family groups.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential unit block which is noise sensitive and all other residents reside permanently.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests registered. We have a CCTV camera at the front and rear door for security purposes only.

PLEASE NOTE: Parties, Functions, Weddings (Wedding related), Graduates and or Schoolies/Teenagers bookings are not accepted.

Unfortunately we have had to put strict rules in place due to other guests not respecting our neighbours and our property.

Terrific place to stay

A great spot! A block or so from the beach, clean and good amenities! It's spread over 5 levels but each level has a good amount of space. We missed the part about linen not being included when we booked but was easy enough to take with us.Jackie was quick to respond when I messaged with questions. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, stylish, clean and quiet! So close to everything. Would be perfect for families with teens as well. Plenty of spaces to spread out and relax. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was a cute home to stay, with rooms split over 5 levels. It is situated in an area with easy access to beach as well as the main areas of town. The neighbourhood is quiet. The kitchen was well stocked for those keen to self cater. Towels and linen are not provided, so this home is not appropriate for those who want to turn up and have that all provided.

This property was amazing. The facilities, cleanliness and style of the property was amazing. We were a group of friends staying together for a touch football tournament and absolutely loved our place. The hosts were easy to contact, and the house was perfect! Loved our stay
