NEW Waterfront Luxury House, Boat Lift, Fishing Dock, Swimming Pool, Great Views

This brand new designer luxury 3-story home is located right off the Intracoastal Waterway canal in Port O'Connor, Texas. It features a sling-style boat lift for one bay boat up to 25' - and a large open dock to fish from, with a fish cleaning table. It includes a beautiful large private swimming pool with water-front views, and with an outdoor pool bath with shower. Plenty of outdoor living, sunning spots with two loungers, a gas grill and several outdoor dining tables while sitting on different porch swings and being entertained by the passing boats and barges. The house has all electric window shades for your convenience. The living room features a large screen Roku Smart TV, a designer shiplap fireplace with an oyster shell overlay, and two electric reclining sofas. The large primary bedroom is on the second level, and features water and pool views, a king size bed and a large bathroom including a large multi-faucet shower, double sinks and a freestanding large tub. The toilet is a Toto washlet. The Gourmet kitchen includes a large Thermador gas cooktop, double ovens, large sink with 2 faucets, coffee bar area, and dishwasher and large sit up island. It also includes an RO (Reverse Osmosis) filtered water system - allowing you to fill up your drinking bottles with great tasting water from a dispenser right at the sink, or from the frig. The third level includes a guest bedroom with TV and water views from a king size bed. The bathroom has a large shower and double sinks. Also on the third level, a TV room with sofa, chairs and a puzzle table - plus a coffee bar area with sink and microwave. Also on the third level is the fun bunk bed room with two queen size beds and two twin beds with a TV. The bunk bath has a designer sink with a large shower. The third level porch area has amazing views of the back bays of POC. The house sleeps 10 people. The house includes high speed fiber internet and 5 big screen Roku Smart TVs. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Please bring your own pool and beach towels, pool floats and pool toys, too.

The Pearl was a beautiful place to escape and enjoy time with our family. Our grandkids (6 and 8 yrs) loved the pool and fishing from the dock, easy access for fishing guide to pick up. Accommodations were excellent! We look forward to coming back !!

Prettiest House in POC!

My family had a wonderful long weekend stay to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The home and grounds were spotless, you would have never known a storm came through days prior. The owner was communicative, kind and accommodative. This home is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. Having two washers and dryers was very convenient, and you can’t beat the pool, the view, or the master bathroom!

Great house. Lots of stair climbing however. I wish there had been a broom and dust pan around; we could have kept the floors cleaner. The only real issue was that the internet kept going down. Sunday was especially bad.

The owners did a fabulous job developing this property. We were the 1st to have the opportunity to rent this magnificent home with perfect location.
