Near the owners' house, this charming cottage is located halfway between Nantes and the sea, in a peaceful rural setting, close to Briord Castle and its forest, and the Acheneau River (fishing).

It features a private, unfenced 300 m² garden and a terrace on a 4000 m² property with a private outdoor hot tub (€60 per week).
Ping-pong and two adult bicycles are available. There is also a secure bike storage area.

The cottage includes a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), and a shower room/WC.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a radio/CD player, a cot/bathtub, and a high chair.
Bed linen is provided.
