Our family of 5 had an amazing time. Property was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach and short drive to food/shops.

Great place! Easy beach access, plenty of room to spread out in this house. Location perfect between Mexico Bch and Port St Joe. We hope to come back!

Great house, great location.

The house was just as described. Everything was clean, great condition, and the rental management company was very attentive and responsive. The pool was great for the kiddos and the beach was just a short walk away. There was plenty of beach and pool gear there. The White Marlin was a wonderful fine dining experience. The only thing that was missing was a couple high top chairs to get a better view of the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Everything we took to the rental smells like mildew. The smell hit us in the face as soon as we opened the door. Our cars, car seats, bags, literally everything smells like mildew. We brought the smell home with us. Have washed everything and there’s still a smell!

We could not figure out fan lights, pool lights a guy came out to help with the pool lights but he couldn’t figure it out either. The ac was leaking bad downstairs but we kept a mop bucket under it and emptied ac guy came and fixed it. But the bench at the kitchen table needs to be anchored down my mom fell after I stood up thank goodness she didn’t hit her head . Maybe the bench should be removed and chairs added. The house and views were beautiful we hope to come back

Problems most already reported

Pool railing broken I left a message Friday after check in and no one came out to fix. Was unable to hold onto the railing you would fall and ut was dangerous . A few pavers around the skimmer were unlevel , one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was not enough , one trash bag was not enough, when we picked the rug up in front of the sliding hlaaa dooe it was full of sand and never cleaned and found small roaches in the kitchen
