Great stay. Property management was very good. House worked very well for 13 people. A few needs- fridge icemaker slow, main outdoor stairway was slick when wet. Great proximity to pool. House overall clean and pleasant.

Our best experience

This was the best experience we have had in more than ten years. Clean, spacious. Great view. We called about a few issues (leftover from previous rentals) and they took care of them promptly. This is a great alternative to the crowds in the destin area. Rules seemed strict at first because they are trying to protect their investment. No problems with any interaction.

A Lot Of Frogs

For as many members of my family that went, it accommodated us well. However, we were unable to use one of the beds because of what looked like a brown stain on one of the mattresses (we were very cautious about that one). There were also quite a few frogs at night time attached to the house, so that was unexpected. Just be wary that there will be a lot of frogs greeting you once the sun starts to set. Overall, we love the location (Cape San Blas), but we will probably not be staying at this property in the future.

Perfect Beach Home

This is our 2nd time staying in this beach property because we loved it so much the first time. Love the neighborhood, love the home and all the spacious porches. Convenient to pool and beach. Highly recommend. We had 11 people in our party...from kids to parents and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed their time.

Absolute Blast at this house!!

This place was Awesome! The kitchen was perfect for cooking our big meals. The bedrooms were big and beautiful. The decks were absolutely stunning with the amount of room, views and wrapping all the way around the house. The garage was full of fun items for our use including CornHole boards, Bikes, Boogie boards and a kayak. Even has a cart to help hauling the load to the beach which is just a short walk down the boardwalk. We will def be scheduling another stay here next year!!

Great Stay!

Loved the property. Great location, convenient to beach, pool, state park, Trading Post and bike trail. We stayed at the home 5 years ago and this time we brought friends. The kitchen was well equipped as we ate in, every evening. Only improvement we could see would be some sun shades for the kitchen/dining room. The late evening sun at dinner around the table was blinding. Would not prevent us from staying again, though.

We loved the Pottery Barn

We had a wonderful trip to Cape San Blas.! The home was easy to book, the property manager was quick to answer my questions, and the home was a short and easy walk to the beach. With the boardwalk and pool right next to the house.. We took advantage of a credit for beach rentals and can say that wagagon is worth renting. We spent a lot of time loading it up and heading to the beach. The only downsides were a slight musky odor, spotty WiFi and the kitchen in the in-law suite. A neighbor killed a rattlesnake in the yard near the boardwalk and palmetto bugs were prevalent. None of these items caused us any displeasure with our visit.
