UNIT 18 is located on the top floor of Surfside, a Gulf-front Complex in Mexico Beach, FL. The Happy Seagull luxury beachfront vacation retreat is a beautiful, spacious, modern, two-bedroom, two-bath condo, at the end of the road directly on the white-sand beach (no roads to cross).
This bright, clean, and uncluttered luxury rental features high-quality furniture, 100% Hygro-Cotton white bedding, quality white cotton towels (beach towels are also provided), unique artwork, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, and more. The relaxing and large gulf-view balcony sits on the east side of the building, perfect for watching the sun rise in the gulf breezes as you enjoy your morning coffee from this top-floor condo. Pool located beachside at base of building. Parking is directly underneath building with elevator access.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with ocean views and large ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed, ocean views, and has a bathroom directly across the hallway. Maximum occupancy is four guests -- strictly enforced. All children count as occupants, so please make sure you register them as guests upon booking.
The modern ceramic dining table has leather chairs, and four bar chairs sit at the bar in-between the kitchen and dining space provide additional seating space.
Two large sliding glass doors lead out to the long balcony with Adirondack chairs for relaxing outside in the Florida sunshine. Both bedrooms have comfortable carpet underfoot, while the rest of the condo has beautiful LVT floors.
Surfside Condos has an elevator (as well as stairs, of course) that will take you right down to the beach with no busy street to cross.
The Happy Seagull Condo at Surfside is located on the quiet west side of Mexico Beach, and is within walking distance of several shops and (our favorite) Mango Marley's restaurant on Hwy 98. Surfside is a gulf front condo complex with fantastic views and easy beach access (the beach access point is at the end of the street) . The building is the only condo complex located beachside and is located at the end of the street. It is not directly on Highway 98 like the others, making noise and traffic less of a concern.

This is strictly a pet-free home. No emotional support dogs allowed in this transient property. Dogs are not allowed on Mexico Beach, and this property does not have a yard.
Please don't try to sneak in your pets; there are monitored security cameras outside the property.
The Happy Seagull is locally owned and managed by owner. If there is something in particular you need for your stay (like a table and desk chair for work), please let host know in advance.
A signed rental agreement is required to confirm booking, so please review. Check-in instructions will be emailed a day or two before your arrival and check-out instructions are in the condo. A monitored security camera is at the entry/front door.
Please remember that Mexico Beach is still rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and local construction is continuing throughout the area.
