It was ok for the amount of our party. There was only one king bed and the app there was two. Need to trim limbs from walk way to beach. Elevator needs to work more efficiently because we had a special needs granddaughter in wheelchair. Other than that it was pleasant.

This rental is top everything except it is in an area with a very agressive HOA. While our elevator was being repaired by someone who blocked the driveway and some of us were forced to park on the street, we were cited by the HOA. All it would have taken was to come talk to us and be kind, not very understanding.
