You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and awake to a spectacular gulf view right from the master ensuite!

Sea Shanty offers a peaceful coastal aesthetic with custom craftsmanship throughout. Great thought has been given to provide the elements for a wonderfully relaxed vacation!

The kitchen is well stocked, and the living room offers a leather sofa, 2 leather rocker recliners, along with a 75" smart TV. The kitchen bar offers a USB outlet and Wi-Fi is throughout.

For indoor dining, there are four kitchen counter bar stools along with a table that seats four and offers a gorgeous gulf view.

Both bedrooms are fitted with motorized head lift-beds, hybrid mattresses, and comfortable bedding. The master ensuite includes USB outlets on either side of a king bed and offers a 55" smart TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 queens and a 43" smart TV.

Laundry is made easy with a full-size LG Tower washer & dryer, detergent, softener, and laundry bags. An iron, board, and steamer are also available to our guests.

Killer's Seafood is a favorite and located just across (two lane) Hwy 98. Sea Shanty's carport offers a picnic table with an additional seating area, where you can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor gas grill.

Sea Shanty offers a gorgeous wide view of the gulf on every level. From the carport to the living room, to the master ensuite, you’ll greet the gulf's beautiful sunrises and enjoy sunsets to end your day. The carport and both balconies offer seating to take in the sights and sounds of the water’s edge.

Be ready to leave the hassle behind and use Sea Shanty's beach chairs (6/adult 4/kids), beach toys & towels, and the awesome Shibumi beach shade! Also for your enjoyment, you'll find binoculars for watching the dolphins, turtle-safe red-beam flashlights to enjoy nighttime walks on the beach, and a portable indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker for easy listening. For your convenience, we've installed an awesome outdoor surfboard shower to end your day at the beach sand-free!

Sea Shanty’s kitchen and baths are well stocked with paper goods, but should you need more the Dollar General is only 2.5 mi east. Both full baths are equipped with hand soap, a starter shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a blow dryer, and much more. The kitchen offers an ample supply of paper goods, foil, plastic wrap, dish detergents, and garbage bags. Guests are also welcome to use any coffees, creamer & sweetener, teas, spices, seasonings, oils or cooking sprays made available during their stay. Guests will also find a snack tray available!

For families with babies and toddlers we are happy to make two playpens with sheets and a highchair available. A white noise machine and a baby monitor are also available, along with toddler dinnerware and sippy cups.

We strive to provide a well maintained and top-notch furnished property for your comfort and convenience. It is our hope that you will enjoy making memories here as much as we do!

When the host said fully stocked that was an understatement. I have never had a rental that supplied as much as Sea Shanty from snacks, coffee and creamer, enough toilet tissue for your entire stay, more than ample paper goods, even sunglasses and readers to borrow in case you forget yours. We kept finding surprises of supplies. The townhome is decorated beautifully and has very comfortable beds etc. Robin, the host, was very helpful with a situation that needed attention. She is truly concerned that you have a wonderful visit. Couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy the beach.

Sea Shanty is a very special place. Robin may have been the best host I ever experienced in a rental. The amenities in this place are truly amazing. My wife and i would sit and dream up an amenity and then see if it was there. We literally could not think of anything that we couldn't find. The view on Mexico beach is specular and all the chairs to view it from or take to beach is impressive. This is an AAA rental.

It was beautiful! Robin is an excellent host! The pictures on her listing are exactly what it looks like, it is so clean, so organized and so well stocked. You can tell she has put a lot of love in her condo and you feel like you are staying at your family’s house. She has thought of everything! Being able to walk directly on the beach is awesome! Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in! From the start, host was very friendly and offered great information on things to do in the area. Very detailed information was provided which was helpful in planning our stay. Check in was a breeze and we were allowed to check in as soon as the cleaner was finished up. House is beautifully decorated and had more than anything you could want or need! Seriously, If you forgot it, chances are it’s provided. It was like staying at a family member’s home, which they had planned for your stay. Hospitality was above and beyond, for sure. Kitchen is already full of spices and quality oils and more, to cook any meal you’d like. Bed and pillows are nice and comfy, and the views are incredible. I’d recommend this host and space to any couple or family that wants a peaceful, uncrowned beach getaway.

Great as always!

I’ve used VRBO for many many years. This is the very best place we have ever rented. You literally have to take nothing but your clothes. Robin has everything covered from snacks, waters, everything you need for a baby, all bath products, beach toys, tents, coolers. There is so much I can’t put down everything she’s thought of. It’s a beautiful beach front property. No one will go wrong staying with Robin!

Robin has made this place feel more like you're staying with family rather than a rental. Beds are super comfortable, everything is clean and the location absolutely can't be beat. This was our second time staying at Sea Shanty and it definitely won't be our last!

This is probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! The communication of the host from the moment I booked was great, everything about the rental was laid out in specific detail and everything was exactly as described, but better. She even sent me a list of all the restaurants and things to do in the area which for me was great. My wife and I went to a lot of the restaurants she listed and did go to a couple of the nearby shopping places as well and they did not disappoint. The house was so clean and so well put together and decorated. Robin literally thought of everything when she put this rental together and if you forgot something I guarantee she has it. The snacks are a nice touch and she has everything you need for the beach. The owner is obviously gifted in hospitality and does everything in excellence. Rent this Place! You will not be disappointed.
