Beautiful home and great location

Great home that was in a good location and close proximity to the beach. Accommodations were as described on VRBO and backyard was very nice for our dog. Plenty of room for our family of 6 and actually could have accommodated more. Would definitely rent again.

60th Wedding Anniversary for Parents

Very nice house. Parking was good. House was clean and well kept. Nice beds/furniture. Fenced in backyard was a plus. Everything worked. No problems. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Property manager responded to text quickly. A little bit of a walk(not too bad) to the beach, will probably bring golf cart next time.

Perfect for a family getaway!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, literally minutes from the beach! It was exactly as pictured and the host was really responsive. The home is immaculately maintained and we loved that the backyard was fenced for our dog. Plenty of space for our family. Also check out the local food trucks! They were all so good! We will definitely be back for our next visit!

Mexico Beach get away

Wonderful home located within walking distance to beautiful white sand beach. Truly sleeps 10 people with 2 rooms having twin bunk beds. Very clean and fresh. Quiet, safe neighborhood with full time resident neighbors. Very firm beds was our only dislike. If you don’t like very hard primary beds then bring yourself a topper. The host was great and communication very easy.

Ladies Beach Trip

This was the cutest cottage and was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 9 ladies and we do an annual girlfriends beach trip. This was our 1st to MB, but it won’t be our last. And hopefully we can get this same home. We all slept comfortably with plenty of room. The large kitchen and island was perfect for just eating and hanging out at night. The neighbors were all friendly and spoke to us every day. I could go on

The fenced in backyard was amazing. I will be looking for that in my future VRBO rentals. Outdoor shower with both hot ans cold water made it so convenient to desand after a beach trip.

Doggies Paradise

House decor is very nice! Had plenty of room for all our guest. Back yard was perfect for our dogs. Host was supper accommodating and responded quickly with any questions we had. Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Highly recommend and will be staying again!

Family vacation

Stayed here before that’s why we chose this house for our anniversary again this year. In residential neighborhood so it’s very quiet, people are extremely friendly, dog friendly, house is really clean and 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of space for everyone. The only negative is there are no dressers in the bedrooms so you have to keep your clothes in the suit case And Mexico Beach isn’t dog friendly.

Great for our group!

We love Mexico Beach! This property is great! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We were 4 couples lots of room! I would recommend this for 3 couples as 3 of the bedrooms have king or queen beds and 2 of the bedrooms have twin bunk beds and share a bath with the queen room. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dinnerware and cooking pots and pans needed. Spacious island and dining table. Cozy seating area to watch TV or just hang out. Wonderful spacious fenced backyard for your pooch! Great quiet neighborhood! Enjoy!

Time to Unwind

The is by far the best vacation stay we have ever had. The house is very clean, roomy, comfortable, and convenient. My parents who are in their 80s came with is, so I am very thankful that this beautiful house is one level. The host is magnificent and answered all of my questions accurately and promptly. Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. The finishes were beautiful, and the living area, kitchen and bedrooms plenty spacious. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog, and the dog friendly beach was just a short drive away. The owner was exceptionally responsive to a minor issue we had - it was resolved within an hour! The beach was an easy walk from the home, and there was plenty of parking available when hauling our gear down by car. The beach was lovely - beautiful white sand, clear water, no crowds; a welcomed change from the throngs of people at beaches nearby. The area feels very residential rather than touristy, but with plenty of options for dining out. Port St Joe was a quick car ride away with even more dining and shopping options. I would highly recommend this rental and the Mexico Beach area to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern home in a quiet, relaxing beach town. Excellent experience!
