We came during the off-season and it was a self-checkin, which I never experienced before but apparently common in Newfoundland. Very limited dining. The place was newly renovated with comfy beds.

The bed was great, comfy and clean. The bathroom is very old and in need of a makeover. The chairs and carpet had lots of stains on them.

There was no one there upon check in, and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk for check out, the restaurant (which was supposed to be opened) was closed so we had to drive into town to find something to eat. Wasn’t very convenient

The water had a tint of yellow color even though i tried to run the tap for a bit. The washroom sink was not draining properly and the shower pressure was low.
