Run down! Ice machine broken, pool broken, door to bathroom badly stuck, very soiled carpets, dark parking lot with crumbling asphalt, pillows like teabags! I stay frequently in Hampton Inn because the are dependably clean, refreshed, safe, etc. This one breaks the mold and makes my cynical of future stays at Hampton Inns. Plus, they charged me $236 for a guaranteed $153 reservation. Now I have to take time to unravel that. PS I aaked for statement at checkout and was told it was not available and I should ask Travelocity! I smell a rat.

There was no water pressure and shower drain was clogged. The TV channels didn’t match up with what you select, the fridge was hot on the inside. Lastly, the smoke alarm started chirping at 6:30 AM in my room. When I called the front desk, they told me that maintenance will not arrive until 9 AM and I should pull it out of the wall. I had to climb up on a table and pull it out out of the wall, when I did it, the sirens and lights started going off. The only good thing about this day was the breakfast in the morning.

Staff was great and rooms are clean but hotel needs a serious rehab. Doors on TV/fridge console wouldn't close. Door stop falling off wall. Tub old and backed up while showering. Also, stingy with towels and no bathroom cups.
