The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary restrictions so I was grateful for the 5% I could eat. That brings said, I really, really, really wish they had more options for those with restricted diets # high fat (keto) or high fiber diets.

The hotel is very nice and clean. They were doing some remodeling so I little dirt here and there but that’s to be expected. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area with hit tubs was great. The only thing I would say is it had too much chlorine in the pool and it would burn your eyes after awhile. That’s the only thing I can say bad about out stay.The breakfast was great as well. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Rooms are getting remodeled. Ours had nowhere to hang up clothing. No blow dryer, so I ran to Wal-Mart to purchase. Staff were friendly except one desk person who was rude about questions about items lacking during construction. Room smelled like fresh drywall and paint. Suite is large and will be nice once completed. Curtains looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages and had water stains. There was a couch but no side tables. Just felt incomplete but i know its due to work in progress. Breakfast was average. Didn't have time to try the pool but its huge for a hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly. Found black hair in shower in hot tub and on back of toilet. Alot of bugs on widow sill. Sheets were stained. No bedding in room for the pullout couch. Telephone was not working, nor were a few of the outlets. Very poor experience.

Adorable little snack shop area. Large and very efficient and cute breakfast area. Great selection of breakfast items. It looks like a brand new pool area that's very well lit with outside light and welcoming. They're newly updating rooms, too, I believe. Or room had a brand new touch screen mirror, and a brand new pull out sofa. Loved our stay!

The window had a few cigarette butts sitting in the sill, which immediately gave off a "neglected" vibe. Even worse, the window wouldn’t close properly, which meant I had to deal with a constant stream of flies buzzing around the room. I tried to get some sleep, but the constant buzzing was enough to keep anyone awake. The real low point came when I ventured to the pool area. I was horrified to find a used condom just lying near the edge of the pool. I couldn’t believe it. The fact that this was left unattended in such a public area speaks volumes about the lack of care or cleanliness at this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting.The staff wasn’t very helpful either; they seemed indifferent when I raised the issue about the window and pool area.
